- Shipping & Delivery
- i pack and ship every order and choose a shipping method that will cost you the least. please note, the site does not figure shipping for wholesale orders, well it does, but not well. depending on your items, shipping usually comes to about 5-10% of your order total. i will add it to your invoice when i ship.
- Privacy & Security
- my site has been designed to keep your private information private. your credit card number is encrypted and i'm the only one who has
- access to it.
- Returns & Replacements
- should you get something you don't like, i offer store credit for your returns on retail orders only. for wholesale orders, all sales are final. of course, if something arrives damaged, let me know right away, so i can replace it and get a claim filed with our shipping company. you must save your box and all packing materials or i will be unable to replace your item. this isn't my rule, but ups's. they won't pay if they can't inspect.

- i accept visa, mcard, american express, and discover. i also take paypal.
- Viewing Orders
- it is easy to view your orders if you register. just go to your account and your info will be there. simple.
- Updating Account Information
